Christopher's don boutique was established in 1969 by Isabelle Christopher. In the first years of business, Christopher's was solely a gift shop. Mrs. Christopher carried unique items such as Hummel collectible figurines, candles, brass, crystal, and linens.

Over the years the selection expanded into women's apparel. Christopher's found a niche in the better women's apparel market. Christopher's continues to grow each year with many changes in the industry. Christopher's now is owned by Mrs. Christopher's granddaughter and husband, Sherree and Tony Jankiewicz. Sherree has worked side by side with her grandmother since 1978. Christopher's don boutique now does business as Christopher's Boutique of Circleville. Sherree attributes the boutique's success to these factors: knowing her clients and the markets, buying exciting merchandise, ensuring a customer service level of excellence, and keeping a well groomed staff which have an exceptional ability to meet her customers needs.
